Automated electronic verification is a new verification method we started using in 2023. During submission in the portal, you will need to supply us with the name, title, and email of your managing broker. We will automatically populate a verification letter with the transaction sides, sales volume, and other information submitted.
Your managing broker will receive an email with a link to electronically sign this verification letter or request updates to your production. RealTrends, your managing broker, and you will receive a copy of the signed verification letter within 1 hour of it being signed.
Please note we do not allow anyone to sign for themselves - if you are the managing broker or submitting for your own brokerage, we require a third party to verify. You will need to supply us with the name, title, and email of your third-party CPA, Accountant, or Auditor. The same process as above will be followed.
The signature document will be sent from eSignature.io on behalf of RealTrends. If your signer has not received this document but you have submitted, please encourage them to check for this sender in their inbox. You are welcome to reply with your signer cc’d if they are still unable to find the document.
